Anyway, this is Mothwing, thinking the night she found out that her brother died.
She didn't really get along with her brother and was evil(I like Hawkfrost
), but he was her kin, so that's why she has mixed feelings that couldn't be described as just "sadness" or "satisfying."Mothwing rant. I don't really like Mothwing. (But LeafXMoth omg yes!!!!)
As Cloudtail, she had plenty of evidence to believe in StarClan, like the Dark Forest battle.
True, Hawkfrost caused that, but Mothwing's supposed to be a "prophet." She could have at least tried, not be irresponsible (LeafXMoth the irresponsible-shipping, haters gonna hate)

Tbh, MothWing annoys me, if im gonna be blunt about it.
She had her chances and obvious proof that Starclan exists, but she never bothered with it and still convinced herself they arent a thing.
Tbh, it makes me wonder what'll happen to her when she dies. I actually kinda hope there's a place for clan cats who dont believe in Starclan. She never relied on them, and she isnt even fully deserving of her medicine cat title.
For Pete's sake, Starclan is a huge part of her rank, but she still put cats in danger, and continued lies even when Hawkfrost died.
I guess she isnt "evil", but she comes off very stubborn/clueless to me sometimes.
Something I think about is, after her death, she wont go to Starclan. But she doesnt go to the Darkforest either. And she'll realize Leafpool isnt there with her, but clearly she herself went someplace after death, so Leafpool must have too.
And then it clicks with her that, omg, Starclan DOES exist!! But it's likely too late for her at that point, unless some twist just happens and Leafpool guides her to Starclan moments later....
